The thing that hit me most was the friendliness and kindness and willing support of all the staff. The guy on the front desk / reception was Sam. It turned out that he is in fact the General Manager - I guess he wears many different hats! He was so helpful with advice and guidance so much so, that I extended my stay there by a number of days. The kitchen staff who prepare the breakfasts were great too. There is an overwhelming i attitude by all to make guests feel welcome.

I would give Super 8 Bloomington, MN near the Airport an 8.5 out of 10. All the staff were pleasant and cheerful for the most part. The room was clean and neat, although there isn't any closet space. Hot water comes quickly and the Free breakfast and Free shuttle were very welcome. The TV has a very good selection of channels to watch.

This place has a reliable airport shuttle and the front desk staff was great. It's a bit worn but the rooms are clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating about the breakfast and opened early for people leaving early. The breakfast is not spectacular I was glad I didn't need to find breakfast at the airport.
