The thing that hit me most was the friendliness and kindness and willing support of all the staff. The guy on the front desk / reception was Sam. It turned out that he is in fact the General Manager - I guess he wears many different hats! He was so helpful with advice and guidance so much so, that I extended my stay there by a number of days. The kitchen staff who prepare the breakfasts were great too. There is an overwhelming i attitude by all to make guests feel welcome.

I choosed the cheapest available hotel with airport shuttle, so I had no expectations. but it was way much better, than the cheapest should be :) airport and mall of America shuttle. 3 min walk to a bus stop what takes you to downtown. 10-15 min walt to walmart, shops and restaurants. staff was nice and helpful. No seated breakfast, but there is coffe and a packed breakfast pick up at front desk.

This place has a reliable airport shuttle and the front desk staff was great. It's a bit worn but the rooms are clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating about the breakfast and opened early for people leaving early. The breakfast is not spectacular I was glad I didn't need to find breakfast at the airport.
